Bardio is where we focus on strength work & combine this with a cardio workout.
Our Bardio class is a medium paced workout. In this class we focus on both strength work & then finish off the class with a high intensity cardio workout.
This is the perfect class if your looking at getting lean & building muscle
Strength like the name suggests is all about strength & technique developement
This class is slower paced than the other classes we offer but dont mistake it for being easy. Our strength class is about giving you the chance to work on your strength and muscle endurance.
This is a perfect class if you have strength or toning goals
Metcon stands for Metaboic condtioning and is our fitness based class
Metcon is one of our fastest paced classes with the goal to increase fitness & drop body fat. Our Metcon class is based on Reps & rounds with you working a your own pace to get through the workout
This is the perfect class if you’re looking to increase your fitness or to burn some extra calories.
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is our other fitness/intensity class.
Our HIIT class is a fast paced class but with rest programmed into the workout. We base our HIIT classes on work to rest ratios, These ratios always differ from class to class so it never feels like the same class.
This is the perfect class if you want to improve your fitness & burn those extra calories
Monday to Friday:
5.00am to 12pm
2:30pm to 7:30pm
7.30am to 9:30am
